Cuts clean and accurate rods for insertion into drilled mortar holes. Length of cutter is just right for the recommended spacing of holes -120 mm. Bit pricey for what it is and you could get away with a Stanley knife and ruler in all honesty but good confidence that you won't deform the rod with this tool and a good fit in the hole is necessary to make the damp get to the rod and start the reaction off.
