Makes it easy to cook tasty chana masala
The shan spice mixes are such a great cheat - I have used them for years to make authentic tasting indian food (an indian colleague recommended them to me). The chana masala is a particular favourite. I'm surprised at the negative reviews because when I cook this it always goes down a storm. It is a cheap and easy way to create a delicious chickpea curry because you don't have to have a cupboard full of spices - the exact blend needed has already been created. It is quite salty but I like that for chana masala; I don't find it too much. I always have a box of this in the cupboard.

Awful full of additives not fit for human consumption
Why do you sell this , I added this mix 2 tablespoons and it frothed up to my Channa. This is not fit for human consumption full of additives . I threw it all away.

I absolutely love Shan Masala! I always buy it in bulk because I use it for almost all my cooking. Honestly, without Shan Masala, I just can't get the same delicious taste. 😊I've been such a loyal customer for years, so I'm hoping to receive a surprise gift from Shan someday.
