It was so easy to assemble it . The delivery was exceptional, and I ask the guy’s ( two guys ) to move it upstairs and they did it with care . name of the one of guy was jule ( i hope spelling the name was correct) .Anyway I’m very happy with my purchase.Thank you guys over the sweatband and delivery guys .

Very sturdy, great cushioning, easy to use, fab incline. But can’t get music to work through speakers and fan is useless but really good for running.

Excellent treadmill can not praise it enough. Arrived on time and would highly recommend.

Easy to set up (1 person half hour (took my time) ) - loads of functions, fan.MP3, loads of programs etc, incline, easy to read screen (well lit) appears to be solid *****excellent service from Chris and colleague at Sweatband - fast delivery and on time, no hassle, many thanks - recommend machine and Sweatband****.

As pensioners with winter coming we agreed that we would probably not be able to go on our regular walks and decided to purchase a treadmill. As pensioners we did not want to commit to any paid for programmes but the listing suggested that the programmes where available for free on the Reebok app. Pricewise this fell middle range for what we wanted and that we could afford so decided to go ahead with the purchase. The sale process was straight forward and delivery date confirmed with available tracking. On the day the treadmill arrived as planned, so no issues. Due to the weight had to call in family to lift into place, unpack and build this good quality, stable treadmill. Absolutley delighted and keen to try out. There were offers for a free trial of Zwift or Kinomap but not wishing to sign up for anything that lead to later charges opted for the free Reebok app which we downloaded without any issues. Keen to try we were impressed with the ease of start and speed control and the ease in which the power incline operated during exercise. Having mastered these controls decided to look at the many pre-installed programmes that came 'as standard'. At this point was disappointed that nothing appeared to work. Tried everything that was suggested on the internet but nothing worked. Deciding it was something we were doing decided to contact the Reebok Service Desk for help in getting these working. Unfortunately the response was not as expected, a one liner 'The pre-sets and intervals have been removed from the app for treadmills. Apologies.' We have spent £500+ on a machine that won't give us the exercise options that we wanted and carefully researched - or so we thought! If it wasn't so much hassle we would have returned but it looks like we have a basic walking treadmill with a power incline. Unless that is what you are looking for or are prepared to commit to a monthly subscription you are best to avoid. Very disappointed in misleading sales literature.

Excellent treadmill. Does everything a treadmill should

It was easy to assemble and it's well made. The delivery was exceptional, I was given a link to track the delivery in real time, they alao removed my old treadmill (I purchased this service prior to delivery).The only negative is the hand rails are too short and have speed and incline buttons on them. Aside from that I would recommend this treadmill.

Delivery was delayed an extra 5 days but this treadmill is worth the wait!

Ein tolles Laufband, würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen! Es ist sehr leise und hat ein tolles Laufgefühl. Kann man ewig laufen, ohne das es ruckt.

Ich nutze das Laufband seid 2 Wochen und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Der Aufbau war wirklich easy!!! Hab ich alleine gemacht! Es lässt sich auch ganz leicht von A nach B rollen. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es nur, weil das Gerät vor der Tür abgestellt wird. Da sollte man eventuell dran arbeiten, dass sowas wenigstens in die Wohnung geliefert wird. Funktionen sind auch alle sehr gut und leicht zu verstehen!
