Outstanding
Outstanding tracer of live cables: in 2 hours I traced and labeled about 30 cables/outlets that otherwise I would need many days to figure. As a bonus for me it also has PoE detection and port speed detection.

all the tools in a small package
I install fiber internet so i have a use for every function this has, this lightened my tool bag quite a bit by eliminating the need to have multiple individual tools to do the same tasks. this is not perfect though. the light meter is off a little but can be calibrated and the usb port does not like many usb cables and or chargers, make sure you save the included cable.

Works as expected - the user i/f is intuitive
The instructions needed YouTube to make the language clearer ;^) The menu and user interface is easy (after YT). I used it for its "limited" optical (fiber optic) functions. Very bright continuity testing (you may need an adapter - check for your terminal type) I used it for ethernet cable identification (seeking matched ends) - it works very well.

Honest review
The tagging and tone of POTS line is very weak. Tracing CAT 5e, CAT 6, CAT 7 is abut a grade of B+. Tracing a CAT Ethernet cable to a switch is a grade of A. Testing a CAT Ethernet patch cable is a grade of A. Using the optical option is also a solid grade of A. If you periodically need a tester then this a tester for you. For a cable tech this tester is not work well.
