The fuel mixer bottle that comes with it doesn’t have “oil” marked on it despite it saying to fill to the oil label. How do I use this?

Dear Customer, Many thanks for your question. If you are looking for a 40:1 mix you fill the petrol to the 500 mark and then top up with oil to the 40:1 marker and then shake the bottle. Kind Regards Gardentech UK Ltd

The Mitox is sometimes quite slow to prime so pump twice the number recommended..are you sure the choke is activated.??

Good morning, the best way is to insert the screwdriver in the slot on the outer edge of the cover (not the one indicated in the manual), and use the screwdriver to pull the door away for the machine.

Can the grinder be removed to allow straight forward vacuum collection without mulching? Thanks
