We bought one and my child (8 years old) loved it. He is able to fly well after a couple of try and error. We love it so much that I bought another one immediately so we can fly together and pretend to be doing dog fight. A full charge can fly about 20 min with decent air time. We can even do some stunt on it. Overall a great toy for family. I am going to get one for my wife as well so we can fly 3 jets together, blue red and yellow. The only caveat is that you might nose dive and can snap the tip of the plane. It happened to us but after putting tape on it flys just fine. We ended up putting tape on the new one to reinforce it before it break. I suggest you fly on grass field to start.

These are the Best! We've gone through a few RC aircraft in our house. Although we initially thought this was a "small one" I actually love the size-to-power ratio. The plane can fly to heights of 50-70 feet easily and hold its own in a breeze up to perhaps 6-8 mph. What I love best about this design and size: the aircraft is big enough to be easily controllable, but small enough to not get damaged when it crashes! We had one that was twice the size of this, that every time it hit the ground, it needed to be checked and tweaked in order to fly well again. These ones can nose-dive straight into the dirt from 30 feet, bounce up two feet, and be launched and flown again with absolutely zero tweaks or checks. An incredible tradeoff for a slightly smaller "jet". We haven't even used any of the spare parts, and I'm considering buying a third for the house so we have one in every color.

My grandson saved up to buy this, and was super excited for the package to arrive. We received it yesterday, and after deciphering the very poorly translated English instructions, we were able to charge the batteries and get it ready to fly. We took it out this afternoon and I was happy to see it take off and fly around the field. It was very fast, and had a good range. Unfortunately we only got one flight because the nose broke when it landed in the grass. This is definitely not as sturdy as shown in the product video which is very misleading. It is also rather difficult to fly and doesn't seem to respond well to the elevation controls. Maybe if it had lasted more than one flight we would have gotten better at flying it.

I genuinely had a lot of fun with this toy during the first couple of days. It is fairly difficult to fly, though. The turning radius is very large, and you have to constantly manage the throttle. If you don’t, the plane will either pitch up, and stall, or struggle to climb above about 6 feet and barely gain any speed. Because of this, I strongly recommend flying it in a large, open field with as few trees and obstacles as possible. Despite all of that, it is really fun once you start getting the hang of it. Each battery lasts around 15 minutes and takes roughly the same amount of time to charge. The biggest issue is that crashes are basically inevitable. After a few crashes into trees or nose-dives into the ground, the nose of the plane will most likely snap off. Super glue works well as a temporary fix, but eventually there’s only so much it can handle. Overall, this is about what you would expect from a $30 RC plane: a lightweight, inexpensive foam aircraft that can be difficult to control but is fun to learn and fly.

Compared to other foam RC planes, this one has higher stall speed which makes it harder to control. It will fly...barely. If you give it too much throttle, it will go nose up, stall, and crash. At the same time, you have to give it enough throttle or it won't stay up. Within those limits, it flies ok, but at a faster minimum speed than others. That gives it a wider turning radius, so it's harder to avoid trees and other obstacles. The foam seems well made and I like the 'handles' on the bottom for hand launches, but the wires from battery to motors are taped into slots. Mine came with just 1 battery.

So much fun! This is a great gift for any kid and even adult I had so much fun flying this with the kids! Thanks to its foam body it can handle any crash like a beast the durability is incredible. Its easy to maneuver and control. The battery life is perfect for quick outdoor play sessions!
