What you should know
I think this devise is very useful. I connected one fan and 3 light switch. It is value for the money. However, there are few things one should know. 1. Once the devise is installed, fan or light can be operated only on remote. Cannot use the switch to turn on /off fan or light 2. If there is a power failure and inverter is activated. The fan or light gets turned on automatically. This also happens when power comes back 3. I am not sure. But it appears that if the remote breaks or lost. A new set need to be installed again. 4. Fan speed cannot be regulated on the remote
