For this price-point I was expecting excellent results and I am pleased that this face mask delivered on it's promises. It arrived well packaged, with clear guidelines. The product seems manufactured to a high quality, than other brands I have previously tried. The facemask itself is lightweight and compact which I love as I travel a lot. The settings are clear and easy to use. The mobile app works well. I love the fact that there are various treatments instead of a 'one-size-fits all' type of of programme. I have tried it on a few occassions so far, and can visibly see that my skin feels softer, dark lines and winkles have significantly reduced and my complexion feels hydrated. I think this is a much better investment rather than creams and other skincare consumables, that you try over and over again with no results. I have recommended this product to family and friends and can easily recommend to others. Forgot to mention - I really like the contour of this mask, it doesn't get in the way of your nose, mouth and eyes, so you can go about your business whilst improving signs of aging.

I got the this for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! It’s wireless, super easy to use, and really comfortable thanks to the soft silicone design. She’s been using it regularly, and her skin already looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed after just a few weeks. She loves having different settings to customize her treatments. The only downside is the price, it’s definitely an investment. But considering the results, she thinks it’s totally worth it. If you’re looking for a high-quality LED mask, this one’s a great choice!

This is my honest review of the FAQ 202 mask. I am really interested in red light therapy so was excited to try this mask, I thought as it was so expensive it would be amazing but I’m disappointed to say this was not the case. The packaging is nice, in the box you get a charging wire without a plug, this was my first disappointment, paying over £700 for a device you’d think that they would supply a plug. Also included is some silicone cleaning spray for the mask in a small 2fl oz bottle. Before using the mask you have to scan the QR code in the box and connect to the app, on the app there are a couple of different programmes to try with a different selection of lights, or alternatively you can press the power button and click through the lights to choose the colour you want. The colours are Red (420nm), near-infrared (850nm) and purple (450nm) to reduce the signs of ageing, such as fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. Blue (650nm), cyan (463nm) and yellow (570nm) soothe inflammation, redness while fading hyperpigmentation and blemishes. Green (519nm) and orange (590nm) wavelengths brighten the skin for an effortless, healthy and glowing complexion. I found the mask uncomfortable it squeezed my nostrils together and it did not cover my whole face, it stopped just above the jawline, I would have expected it to go right past the chin for the price. I also think that the eye holes were too big, the area around the eyes will not benefit because of no light coverage, lastly the power button is in the middle of the forehead so this part of the skin is not getting any light therapy and as well as this feeling uncomfortable where it digs in, it leaves a horrid red mark on my forehead. I did persevere and use the mask 4 times a week for the applicable time but unfortunately I did not notice a difference in my skin. Unfortunately I don’t have any positive comments to say about this mask.

Having previously had light treatments as part of hydrafacials and having a couple of friends who are absolute devotees of various different home light masks I was really excited to try the FAQ2 As many of the other reviews mention the silicone material makes the mask extremely comfortable which is definitely a stand out feature vs others on the market. It also seems to give a really even distribution of light. It’s super lightweight but also feels secure, and the wireless is great - you can go about your day with this on seamlessly. The battery lasts a good few uses before having to recharge too. I have been using both the preprogrammed sequences and my own selections most days for the last few (3) weeks and I do think with long term use it will be very beneficial. I’ve got into the habit of using the 5 min programme and a quick pick me up if I am going out in the evening and it genuinely makes my skin look brighter and perks me up after a long day. I hope that foreo consider further developing the app as it was quite hard to set up initially and it’s a bit clunky. For the price I would expect it to be a more seamless experience. It would be great if you could build and store your own favourite programmes too to complement the preloaded ones. This would be a real point of difference vs others on the market which again would help to justify the price. But overall, so far, so good! It’s highly convenient and after a relatively short period seems to be starting to have an effect on my skin.

Let's start with the pros: the product is very well made and looks great. The quality of the mask seems great and very durable. When it's on you, you feel like Ironman or woman. You have to register device before you can actually use. The LED lights are bright and covers majority of the face, minus the areas around the eyes. The mask fits really well and is secured to your face so it doesn't fall off, even when you're doing strenuous activity. The cons: I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now and in all honesty I cannot see a difference. Maybe because my skin is already very good and I do not have many wrinkles, but it certainly hasnt improved it much at all, if any. Maybe it is designed as a preventative measure and it stop my skin from ageing as quickly. However, I find it quite difficult to quantify this, so it would really be a case of having faith in the product, but I am a person who believes in visible results, especially at this price point. In terms of the price, I think it is far to expensive for what little to no visible results. For this kind of price I would expect to see a noticeable difference in my skin. So unfortunately it is not something I can recommend at this price point of £700+

I have used led lights from previous 5 years when this technology was new on the market and this is the seventh mask that I tried. There are some pros and cons with this mask that I could listed down here after nearly 2 months usage and these are firstly the most advantages that I like: - It’s compact and light! No cord, the battery could last 6 times of use (15 mins each). Normally with the old devices, I could only use with cord or if not, the mask would be really heavy and I would have to stay on my bed when putting it on, with this new one, I could roaming around my house while using with no problem even I won’t notice it on my face! - It has 7 lights on total!!! Yes SEVEN! Normally, even with the one I bought over £1.500, I could have 3 to 4 lights only and this item is half of the price with double number of the light! Also, there’s a setting in the app to choose the light from lighter to medium and stronger which would suit any needs. - The lights are not too bright as other devices. For the previous ones that I tried, I had to stop using them due to too strong and bright light, I couldn’t keep my eyes open due to that and there’re so many evidences that with too bright lights (red lights), our eyes would be damaged. The one I bought last year had an eye protector but even when using it, the light was still too strong to my taste and I definitely couldn’t see anything while using. - This FAQ mask WORKED! After 1 month of using it, I could see my pores are less visible and my skin is leas oily than before (my skin care is still the same as before). For the wrinkles, not so visible result but I think I could feel my skin smoother, let wait and see! If you follow my review, I shall update in the next few months if there’s any changes. Cons: - The silicone! Yes, the mask is made of silicone which is light and compact to use but I had to clean it every time before and after using as the material is really easy to get dirty and the mask is fitted close to my skin (not like other brands) so if I don’t wipe the mask, I’m worried it might not hygiene for my face. P/S: For a fair review, I won’t mention other brands, thank you!

My Skin Has Never Looked Better! I’ve been using this LED light face mask for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! I was really looking forward to unboxing this face mask, I am 44 have some signs of aging but mainly looking for a product to improve the firmness and overall tone of my skin, I was intrigued how this product might help with this. The mask comes in a presentation box, a pouch containing some cleaning fluid (cleaning the product is pretty quick and straight forward to do after use), a usb & some quick instructions. You need to download the FAQ Swiss app, once you have created an account you can pair your mask and you are ready to go. In the app you can navigate to the light laboratory where you can learn what each of the 8 light options will do; for example Red Led - diminishes signs of aging on the skin... There is a treatment section in the app where there are some pre-set combinations; I have been regularly doing the Anti-wrinkle treatment; I do this every other day (the app sends me a notification reminder)..The treatment lasts 15 minutes; LED Colours Red Purple and Orange (5 mins each). I have been doing this for around 1.5 weeks now, so I think it is too early to tell if this is making any real difference; however my skin feels smooth after use. FAQ recommend using a primer before treatment (FAQ P1 Manuka Honey Conductive Primer 30ml) I did purchase the FAQ primer which is expensive (around £60) but I figured i have committed to the product so I wanted to get the best out of it. I am hoping the primer will last a while as you only need a small amount before each use. FAQ within the app do offer a care plan either 9.99/mth free upgrade after 2 years or 6.99 - both cover damage to the device and additional programmed treatments. I haven't opted for this, I just hope to look after the device and use the available treatments or my own selections. Other things. The mask itself, I have quite a slim face, it does fit very comfortably; the strap doesn't catch on your hair and holds the mask in place securely. Is very easy to adjust. When in use the app plays relaxing music which I quite enjoy however you could easily combine the treatment while moving around the house / watching tv. Would I recommend the product? It is a significant cost investment, The quality, brand and app seem worthy, however I think it is too early to tell the overall efficacy of the product and therefore value for money. I am hopefull though.
