Q: Why doesn't it have a wrist rest like other Logi keyboards? Doesn't it get uncomfortable?

The keyboard is low profile so doesn't get much uncomfortable over prolonged usage. I have been using it for a while for about 10 hrs a day without any issues. As far as wrist rest is concerned, there's a combo with a separate wrist rest (not yet available in India) sold by Logitech but that costs $20 more (yes, just for the extra wrist rest). So I'd suggest you rather buy a wrist rest separately as it would be more cost effective.

Q: can it be used as a wired keyboard?

No, the MX Keys is a wireless device and can be connected only via Bluetooth or receiver. The cable provided is only for charging the device.

Q: Why is it listed as tactile quite (brown) switches while i received one with linear (red) switches?
