These aren't very salty, and they are sweet. I bought these for my spouse, and I ended up drinking most of them. I was impressed by how easy they were to mix. There weren't any clumps! I went from being on the verge of heat exhaustion to less dehydrated than usual, to more hydrated than I have been in awhile.

Watched Jocko for years on the podcasts and saw this but never needed it then. Been doing jiu jitsu for almost 2 years and the a/c in the building is horrible. Which means 30 dudes and ladies rolling around gets hot, especially in Gi. I would lose about 6lbs at least in sweat when I would go. Afterwards I my vision would be blurry and it would move around and I couldn't focus. It actually scared me, until I had the thought of dehydration. I bought this and pounded one before and have had ZERO issues since! Sometimes I double up, but this stuff is reliable and makes me feel good taking it as opposed to other inferior brands that contain sugar and red40 etc. The taste isn't to bad, but after you workout hard this tastes like gold! Lemon is definitely my preferred flavor over the two. I subbed and will always have this on hand. It's amazing!

These packets aren't overly salty with good flavor. It took a little getting used to, because they are still salty, but 1 packet in a 20oz yeti suits me fine. More importantly, my muscle cramps and soreness disappeared once I started drinking them.

These are my favorite hydration packets. Great flavor and great electrolyte ratios. The texture mixes well and dissolves easily.
