Very compact, crazy light weight and well made material. 4-8 digit passcode for good security, quick & easy access. The included steel cable is cool to have since I drive for multiple jobs and constantly need to switch cars/places (I will however try to upgrade the strength/replace the cable since it is pretty thin. I definitely have more peace of mind when I need to constantly leave my vehicle for moments at a time especially since theres a spot for an apple airtag as well as a removable tray for sorting different items. Cool feature: If someone has tried to open the lockbox, it will also glow red which is reassuring. Not going to lie, it feels pretty cool locking and unlocking this while being able to store it away virtually anywhere because of its compact size. I was initially going to go with the regular sized LifePod but deemed this a bit more affordable and ultra compact. I will most certainly purchase from Vaultek again in the near future as they offer the larger safes that can stores a firearm(s) :D I have yet to test the durability as far as the elements and forced entry/shock but I would imagine it will ironically holds its own weight. I own a few of Vaultek products. I love them. I have cases for my firearms, and their humidor for safe traveling of my cigars. But inalways wanted a smaller one for them I travel to securely hold cash cards and passports. This did just that. It comes with a clip to secure it to your bag. Tray inside had elastic bands to keep valuables secure. The gunmetal looks awesome. I just took it to Mexico for a week and had no problems going through TSA with it. Same with the Humidor. It's plastic so its light so it doesn't weigh everything down like the standards do. I accidently knocked it off the table and it hit the floor and didnt even break it, scuff it, or effect its function at all. Key pad is a little awkward because its sideways but as long as you have a name brand battery it works fine. All in all its a great buy.

This safe is great, keep in mind it is a small one, for the phone, passport and some small things. I'm planing to buy 2.0 version for other stuff. No batteries included, but that's normal, everyone have batteries, or it's easy and cheap to buy. Setting code was a bit stressful, luckily Vaultek emailed me before the product arrived with all necessary details, although i would like to be easier to find a set-up tutorial and other one more easier on their website. The quality of the safe is great, no joke! Shipping time to Europe is good, i didn't contact them because i haven't any questions nor problem, but they contacted me with useful information how to set up et, which i respect. For sure i will buy some other Vaultek products and i recommend it 100%, i only wish they have an EU store!

Good lock box for smaller valuables if you’re traveling. Touch pad works flawlessly just like the bigger versions of this one made for pistols. You might be able to fit a small .380 in this one or a life card .22 but that’s about it for firearms Without the tray I can fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max with an otter box case leaving a little bit of room on top. I haven’t found much that will fit with the tray in though.

Runs small but perfect for hand bag with purpose of safety for being around children. Fits the Ruger LCP

It will fit a 1.875" double action only J-Frame Ultimate Carry with just a little wiggle room (I was able to squeeze in a speed strip with a clip too). This includes the UC grip and Smith and Wesson's long grip. I do not know about a Hogue grip (I have a feeling it would be too big at the end). I do not know about a DA/SA hammer model (probably?). I do not know about Ruger LCR (they're slightly bigger than J-frames, so I suspect it would be too big). I highly doubt a longer barrel model would fit. Assembled, a Bodyguard 2.0 Carry Comp will NOT fit, despite my efforts. However, disassembled, you can Tetris the parts around to fit. The problem is the handle and back end. I have a feeling the non-carry comp version still would not fit.

Great for traveling, I use the provided cable under my car seat and keep my valuables locked away. It comes with a Apple air tag holder so if you do get it stolen you can track it… easy to set the numeric Code and I love the color blue…

Battery life iis couple weeks not one year. Size is working but would prefer about another quarter inch of width. Weight is good and this unit is easy to carry. Can't stand having to change the battery every other week.
