( gave it little to moderate watering through the summer ) . Also , coming up into spring and minimal weeds have popped up . I'd recommend this for someone looking for a pretty Heat resilient Fescue , that also is dark green , especially in the fall/ winter .
Review: Great seeds - Not sure why people didn't have much luck with, it worked great for me. I prepped the dirt, laid the seeds, covered with a roll of straw and watered daily. They were sprouting grass within 4 days. It worked so good I bought it again for an area that used to be a garden and it is already thick and I laid it down a week ago. I have used three other types of seeds and had terrible luck. It was recommended by a landscaping business so i gave it a try. I wish I did a before and after to show but, it works great as long as you cover it and water it daily.
