## Description

For 1 New in Box Blower Motor Unit and a Thermostat Activation Switch. This type of professional grade tangential blower is commonly used to help distribute heat from fireplaces and stoves. Quiet and Efficient. Use it to push heat away from your fireplace or stove and to where it can be enjoyed! Fan + Heater 1350W (whole fireplace 1,500W) 120V Blower fan Size: OD48*L:190mm IR Heater size:L210*35(mm) Temp Switch: 85C / 185F The unit is 10" wide (from the end of the motor to the tabs on the left), 4" tall, and 3" deep. It is small enough to fit where the fan would go on most fireplace units. Simply wire in or add a power cord and you are all set.

Review: Great unit, easy install!! - Part was a snap to install...............I recommend that you install the new (heater/blower) WHILE leaving the old unit wired and unplugged of course. Just lift the old unit up and screw the new unit in. Carefully remove each of old unit’s wires and attach each of the new unit’s wires ONE AT A TIME from the same post. It also helps to take a pic of the wirers beforehand. The wires have a “quick connects” that may need a little pressure to remove or install. I used a pair of needle nose plyers to help that process. A Phillip’s screwdriver is needed to remove the unit. Also, don’t mix up the screws as 4 are for mounting the unit to the mounting plate and 4 are to mount that plate to the heater. Heater works like brand new!!! Also, if your circuit breaker on the heater “trips” on high; that part is also available or use an in line fuse or a fuse block and a 15 AMP (250 volt) fuse from Radio Shack. If you choose the latter; wrap the fuse block and fuse with electrical tape.

Replaces the bad fan

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy fix for a Real Flame 4099

I installed this in my Real Flame 4099 Electric Fireplace. It would heat up and blow for a bit then shut off. This Replacement Blower Fan fit perfectly, and was easy to install. It is working great so far and much cheaper than replacing the whole fireplace.
