This is a quality item, make no mistake. It came with a good set of instructions, all the bits you could need ( almost) and ( apart from the weight) was pretty easy to fit.Once up it looks great, it is SOLID. It is easy enough to move, but stiff enough that it will never become loose or move by itself. Criticisms, ver few but I'll try. In the instructions it doesn't actually state what drill size to use ( for concrete/brick ). It is in fact 12mm, I made a pilot hole with a 5mm bit for accuracy as the 12mm bit is a bit wieldy.The enclosed template works well, but make sure you know which 6 holes you will be using. A tiny point was that when adjusting the tilt, if you take it to the max, the enclosed spanner won't fit the bottom nut! Bit of an oversight, but an open ended 10mm spanner will do the trick. Overall it is excellent, well worth the money, highly recommended.

Heavy duty wall mount. Works well and is very easy to install. Just pay attention to the type of wall you mount it to. The instructions are very clear on this. Good wide range of adjustments. It a bit stiff to move. Could do with being a little easier to position. I mounted a 50 inch tv to the wall, it holds the TV very well. Good functionality with wide adjustment range. Very complete kit with lots of screws and mounting washers to suit the back of most TVs.

Great tv mount well constructed. Incredably Easy to extent out and position with 65 inch tv mounted on bracket. Follow instructions for a secure mounting position. Would recommend this bracket.

This is a superbly constructed TV bracket. I have a 55" Sony TV on mine and it barely deflects a millimetre at full extension. My TV is at 90 degrees to the wall and there is still at least 30cm between the side of the TV and the wall. I would guess that there would still be room if it was a 65" TV too. The hardware supplied is great. I have old flint block walls that can be granite hard and powder soft at random points. I used a 10mm masonry bit even though they were 12mm wall plugs and that worked fine. If you're confident the wall you dril into is a modern, uniform material then use a 12mm bit. Anyway, the 6 supplied bolts and washers work very well. Supplied with the bracket was the usual collection of bolts and washers for attaching your TV. It was a bonus though to have an HDMI cable and several velcro cable ties supplied too. The only issue I had was when it came to levelling the TV once in position. No matter how perfectly level you mount the bracket to the wall, the TV will always come out of level when at full extension. This is why there is a +/- 3 degree adjustment to compensate. Now, your bracket may be different, but the four Allen bolts you loosen to allow adjustment on mine were tightened in the factory to an exceptional torque rating! I'd never rounded off an Allen wrench before...I have now! Perhaps the quality of the supplied wrench was below par but, even so, my fingers had a wrench shaped indentation on them for quite a while afterwards. I had to use a Wera set I have and my cordless drill to loosen a couple that were too rounded off to do by hand. So, I suggest you loosen those 4 bolts before you've mounted it to the wall. It will save a lot of bother. In summary, then. A superb product you can trust your precious and expensive gogglebox with. Just check the torque on those bolts first. Recommended. :)

Really solid piece of kit, easy to install but may need two people to install, to make it easier. Good product

Good sturdy product with the range and flexibility I required. This currently holds my 65inch TV in a media wall. I needed it to extend out and swivel so I could get to the back if needed. Had this for about a year and it is perfect.

Résistant facile à fixer et monter ! Les chevilles sont fournies mais en vus du poids nous avons acheter des chevilles plus Résistante dans un magasin de bricolage. Dans le contenu vous trouverez un petit niveau fourni ainsi que le gabarit pour l'installation. Nous avons acheter deux kit un pour un grand écran plat et un autre pour un petit. Nous sommes tres content de la qualité. La notice explique bien l'installation.

ITA Già da impacchettato si percepisce il peso e la robustezza del supporto. Grazie alla mascherina (wall template) è stato molto semplice segnare i punti dove fare i buchi nel muro. il Supporto è molto grosso e pesante, quindi si consiglia di montarlo almeno in coppia e di verificare gli effettivi spazi che si hanno a disposizione. Per il resto, è semplice da montare e anche finemente regolabile in inclinazione ed angolo. Il kit in dotazione prevede tutti gli strumenti necessari per l'installazione e persino un cavo HDMI. Consiglio di montare prima i supporti (le due staffe) sulla televisione posata su un tavolo; il kit comprende di numerosi viti e "spessori" per ogni tipo di tv. Montate le staffe sulla tv e prese le giuste misure, si può installare il supporto al muro per poi appendere la tv ad esso, da lì si tratta solo di regolare posizione, inclinazione ed angolo. una volta montato il tutto si può vedere come sia molto robusto ed affidabile, inoltre come sia semplice spostare la tv e richiuderla sul "supporto". se potessi dare 6 stelle le darei tranquillamente. ENG From the moment you unpack it, you can feel the weight and sturdiness of the mount. Thanks to the wall template, it was very easy to mark the points where to drill the holes in the wall. The mount is very large and heavy, so it's recommended to install it with at least two people and to check the available space beforehand. Other than that, it's easy to assemble and also finely adjustable in both tilt and angle. The included kit provides all the necessary tools for installation and even an HDMI cable. I recommend first attaching the brackets (the two arms) to the TV while it’s placed on a table. The kit includes various screws and spacers for different types of TVs. Once the brackets are mounted on the TV and the right measurements are taken, you can install the wall mount and then hang the TV on it. From there, it’s just a matter of adjusting the position, tilt, and angle. Once everything is set up, you can see how sturdy and reliable it is. Additionally, it’s very easy to move the TV and fold it back onto the mount. If I could give it 6 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

Contacted them with a concern, they told me to continue with installation, TV now flickered randomly after installation. Messaged them this event and they stopped responding.
