Probably like many of you, we go through a significant quantity of AA and AAA batteries. There are just so many small items that use this power source that it is inescapable. I have tried rechargeable batteries in the past, and I like the environmental advantage of that approach, but it didn't work well in our applications for a variety of reasons, so we continue to use alkaline batteries routinely. Over time I've looked for best value and have tried different brands at different costs. I can't say that I've really conducted a scientific assessment of performance--in many applications that see limited to light use, most alkaline batteries last quite a long time and it's not easy to note how well one brand outlasted another. I do find that buying in quantity is worthwhile for our circumstances--we always have batteries on hand and the price is definitely better. Three years or so ago, I again closely reviewed purchase options on Amazon (brands, prices, and reviews) and found these ACDelco units that carried an excellent price along with good reviews. I gave them a try and have remained with them ever since. Since then I've gone through several orders of the 100-count ACDelco AA and AAA batteries, and have never received a bad battery. Lifespan seems to be very good in all of my applications--though as I said I haven't conducted "A" versus "B" studies to be able to say that they're "10% better than X or 15% worse than Y". They're just good quality batteries that perform well at a very good price. They have been a reliable "go-to" that I've been able to just order as I need batteries--and know that I'll get reliable batteries I can count on at an excellent cost per battery.

Good price, good quality, good deal

Picked these up because they were cheap, and honestly, that’s the whole story. They power things, they last a reasonable amount of time, and they didn’t cost much. That’s really all I’m asking from batteries. No issues, no surprises—just pop them in and move on. Overall, they’re batteries. They work. What else do you want?

Second time purchasing and never had an issue. Batteries last as expected.

I definitely have not conducted any scientific edits for what I’d like to say. They won’t last as long as the bunny or coppertop competition. But pretty dang close. Considering the cost per battery, this is my go to!

These batteries perform so well and are a good value for the price. They last much longer than any dollar store batteries I've tried and can hold their own against much more expensive options. I use them for everything, but I'm especially impressed with how well they keep all my Christmas lights glowing through the holidays, even with daily use, without needing to be replaced. These are definitely my go-to.
