I bought this dvd, an exercise ball and 1kg weights and kicked wine o clock and snacking to the curb. My body has changed already and I am only 3 weeks in. These exercises are hard, especially the stomach ones, but I know with time I will get stronger and find it easier. I love everything about this dvd...it is really uplifting, challenging, has a good soundtrack and Sarah the instructor is really inspiring. I have already lost that square shape to my stomach and it is now much flatter. Itโs all going in the right direction and I look forward to doing it all year and hope they do another one together for January 2019. Update June 2018-I did this dvd 5 days a week, doing the warm up, 2 sections and the abs every time and in 3 months I have lost 2 stone. Of course I have been eating well and not scoffing, but this dvd has got me into shape. I now do it 3 times a week and allow wine at weekends (you have to stay sane right?) and my weight has stabilised. I attach before and after for inspiration! This dvd is the best exercise dvd Iโve ever had, and Iโve been doing them since the early nineties, so have seen them all ha ha!

Really good
Fantastic great in small chunks so can do as much or as little as like and can mix it up different days fun upbeat just right amount of difficult / easy to do and effective at same time highly recommend !

Fantastic

Excellent workouts
I'm a fit person and work out 6 days a week. I was looking for something less strenuous than my usual kettlebell and HIIT workouts. I chose this one because I think Davina is fun and authentic, I'd also heard that the trainer was excellent. I'm super impressed! I've been doing 20/30 mins 4 times a week and it's fabulous, it's superbly executed and the trainer and Davina make it fun and a 'laugh'. I've already noticed a difference in my abs and glutes. I don't bother with the warm up as I tend to get bored so I row or use the treadmill for 10 mins before. Overall I'm really pleased I bought the DVD and look forward to do more workouts and seeing the changes in my shape.

Not sure what to think!
This is definitely not for the weak or of faint heart. The so-called warm up is literally a workout in of itself. I'm not kidding! I power walk and run 5 days a week. I do alternating toning days and rest days. THIS DVD is crazy! NOT for me really. VERY disjointed - though the 'flow' session and cool down were very well done, the rest.. I have NO desire to do any of the myriad of workouts included (There are Loads! all 10 minutes or so) if you are looking for CRAZY bursts of exercise at a RAMPAGING speed then this is for you!! (Davina, bless her heart, no matter WHAT she says, she's keeping up!) The instructor however, I actually think I can't stand her! Shouting and hooting all the way through. A bit overkill really!! VERY distracting.. I will be giving this dvd to someone else.. or donate it. sorry!! (You CAN do these workouts individually!! or if you're a total nutter - do them all, I don't recommend it though!! toning and cardio included.. so this might be the dvd for you!!)

Good but not perfect
I like the exercises as they are simple and require not much space and not many tools to do the work out. They have devided the work out in sequences, so you can complete how many 10' you like and finish it without interrupting. What I don't like is that the exercises are shown in a opposite frontal way and being the 2 of them showing the exercises, it would have been more handy if one of them would be facing the exercises giving her back to the camera (I have problem in mirroring, I find it much easier when a teacher gives me her back and I just copy the same side). Also in the warm up there is one exercise that it's only done on one side of the body, not on the opposite side and I like simmetry (? I guess she forgot it). In the overall I really enjoy the work out but for these minor things I can't give 5 stars.

Great home workout, Done regularly will soon show great results. Easy to follow, no special equipment required.

Quick bursts of exercise
This seems really great, I have many of Davina's previous dvds, and they always deliver on the workouts. It's nice to have a new face along side her...I do find Davina slightly annoying after a while, but I always have and it's not stopped me ordering again as I know the workouts will be spot on. Out of all the celeb fitness dvds you can get, I'd rather stick with Davina as she quite clearly is the most consistent at practising what she teaches....she has made exercise key to her life for so many years now rather than it just been a quick fix to shed a few pounds!

My Favourite Davina DVD by Far
I have all of Davina's DVD and I'm a huge fan. This is definitely my favourite. Yes, it's very different from what she's done before but it's time for a change. I've done cardio barre before (this is similar to that) and find it to be a really effective way to tone and lose weight, without the whole jumping round the living room for an hour swinging weights around. Some of the sections are quite similar and you'll need a chair to help you balance. The workout is done barefoot as it's quite low impact (although the HIIT section is an excellent cardio section) but it will really work your muscles. I can feel the lactic acid building up and the next day my thighs and bottom were sore so I know I had a good workout! I have every workout DVD you can imagine - Jillian Michaels, Jeanette Jenkins, Charotte Crosby, 10 Minute Solutions, the Firm, Jane Fonda, Frankie Essex, boxing, yoga, pilates. This DVD is worth the purchase. If you like your cardio, mix it up. Do this one day and say Davina 5 Week Fit or Fit in 15 the next day.
