This was a perfect fit for my Ender 3 S1, which also uses a 235x235 mm plate. I didn't notice big texture difference from the OEM plate, but the performance is much better. I've gotten good adhesion without having to break out glue sticks or hairspray. I've also been able to successfully print a couple objects that kept losing adhesion on the OEM plate. I'm very happy with the resulting print quality. I thought the amazon price was really good from Amazon and this was a good value, given the quality of the plate. Overall, it is a good upgrade for my Ender 3 S1 and has reduced adhesion issues and the related frustration. I'm really happy with the purchase. One note, i'd suggest re-leveling after you install this and prior to resuming any printing.

I was so impressed with the spring steel build plate that came with my Ender 3 S1 I thought it couldn't get any better. The only problem I had was the inclusion of bubbles under the magnetic sheet that was installed on the hotbed, which was affecting my print quality, especially the first layer. The S1 also came with a glass plate so I threw it on just to get by. I searched a bit for a new magnetic sheet and stumbled across this item that happens to come with a new one, so I purchased it, not expecting to use the new plate because the old one is just fine. But I figured I'd try it out just to see. What a difference! After taking my time to install the magnet with no bubbles I dropped the build plate on, leveled the bed and started my first print. The first thing I noticed was the adhesion. With the old plate the first string of filament would just peel up as the nozzle passed by it, but not with this plate. PLA sticks right from the start every time. Second, after the print is finished, when the plate is still hot, the print won't budge. But as soon as it cools down you can't keep it in place. I gently lift the build plate off of the magnet and the print slides right off. Of course if it doesn't I just bend the spring steel plate slightly and off it comes. No scraping and scratching, no prying, it just falls right off. Third, the texture is amazing. The surface texture of this plate leaves the bottom layer of the print silky smooth, which looks far more professional than the lines you can see with any other build plate. If you have any series of the Ender 3 with a 220 x 220 build area then this is the first thing I would recommend upgrading. You will appreciate the simplicity and the noticeable improvement in build quality.

I've used this sheet for PLA, PLA+, PETG and PVB and it works beautifully. Gives a slight textured finish to the base of the print. I found this has fantastic adhesion natively, but on the odd occasion I'd have a problem with PLA holding fast. A little bit of Elmer's glue and it sticks beautifully. Apparently, whilst printing PETG on this surface it's recommended to use a barrier layer, such as Elmer's. Never printed PETG without it and had zero issues with adhesion and release. It comes in two pieces with the top and base sheets. Even though this isn't how you're probably supposed to do it, I stuck the base to the top sheet and adjusted the Z offset to accommodate the extra thickness. Nice sturdy build plate!

I bought this to replace the original plate on the Ender 3 S1 Plus. It fits exactly the same and the textured PEI works good for adhesion. I first planned on buying the exact same black "frosted" plate, but went for this one. I'm not sure exactly what is different, but this one works well.

Had to increase build plate to 50-55 degrees or prints pop off mid print. Any air movement will cool the plate enough for prints to pop off. That said, prints seem to stick well enough while printing and pop right off when cooled. The occasional failure to stick is better than jack hammering prints off the stock build plate I guess. A little spritz of hairspay seems to get me 99% success at sticking. My printer decided to lose it's mind and dragged the nozzle through the coating so off to buy another one.

I have two Creality Ender-3 V2 Neo printers. The PEI sheets need replacing periodically, especially if the printers get used a lot. I had mistakenly use PEI sheets for a different model printer, but once I found these I have way less trouble out of my printers. These are the preferred PEI sheet for my printers. If you are presently using the glass plate and have adhesion issues, this will fix that. It comes with the stick-on magnetic sheet so the PEI sheet itself can be taken on and off easily for part removal or cleaning.

I have been using this build plate for about a year or so, and it has been great. Very reliable adhesion when hot (combined with BL-touch). PLA parts will consistently pop off as the build platform cools. If the parts don't jump off themselves, it is very easy to remove the plate and flex it to release the finished parts. I usually just give it a wipe with IPA if I touch it taking a print off. Highly recommend as an alternative to the flexible black creality plate.

Had no problems with any of the prints coming off with ease. This should come out as a stock item rather than the rubbish that comes with the machine.
