Review: Handy piece of kit - This is surprising small (will sit in a milk pan) but when you start using it you realise that you probably don't need bigger, otherwise you'll waste chocolate around the bowl. Good quality and I've also used it melt butter and keep it liquid until needed with the residual heat in the water, rather than let it explode in the microwave. The handle is really helpful for adding the contents to your recipe but remember to use a cloth between it and your hand if you are heating on high, because the handle is all metal, so does conduct the heat.
