I use the Normatec 3 primarily for recovery after hard training sessions and long workdays where my legs and hips take the most strain. The recovery benefits are noticeable. It does a great job reducing soreness and helping my legs feel refreshed faster, especially after intense workouts or long periods on my feet. The compression cycles feel consistent and well-controlled, and the system is easy to operate once set up. The main downside is size. The full-body setup is bulky and takes up some space, which can make storage and portability less convenient. That said, this is expected with a full-leg, hip, and arm system. Compared to basic compression sleeves or handheld recovery tools, this provides a much deeper and more consistent recovery experience. It feels closer to what you’d expect from professional athletic recovery equipment. If you train hard, work long hours on your feet, or prioritize recovery, this system is very effective. It may not be ideal for someone with limited space or who wants something ultra-portable, but for performance and recovery, it delivers.

The product was ordered to help aid in recovery after long runs. The box came with three packages inside. Each of the boxes looked great and had great looking images of the Normatec system on the outside. We eagerly opened the boxes to try the product. Inside were the bags used to package, and inside those were water bottles encased in discarded cardboard wrapped in dirty black t-shirts. Needless to say the contents did not provide the relief intended in a compression system. A large company facilitating this purchase did not appreciate our first review, so I am re-posting to focus on the product. The water bottle/discarded cardboard/dirty t-shirt Normatec system was nothing like what was described and did not provide any benefits described in the listing.

Waited for sale, and got the Amazon card to get it down to 1k. This with a theragun has removed massages from my life so it’s worth it just on that. Soreness recover cut in half, sometimes instant. Was able to mtb in Moab for a week straight before needing to take a break. Also has really improved my sleep, my restless legs are gone using the improve sleep function. Extremely well built, I expect it to last for years. Should’ve gotten it a year ago, ski days are not a challenge anymore.

Great product, had used the leg and hip attachments previously, but had not tried the arms. All work well to speed recovery times.

These are great. We use them all the time, almost every night. The only issue is the length for my wife. She’s 5‘5“ tall and they are just a little bit too long for her, but the short version are too short.

Great for recovery and pre-workout warm up. Legs and hips after a hard ride means tomorrow won't be filled with as many aches and pains. Start small, work your way up to comfortable pressure and enjoy the heaven. Arm attachments can be difficult to put on alone, so share with your workout buddy or coach for assistance. Highly recommend for recovery and general relaxation.

Excellent compression garments, very helpful with managing Lipedema symptoms. Easy to use and very good range of treatment levels.
