It says finishing which is after hair is dry. My pump however continues to break and not work. **Q: Would the air dry cream and finishing mist work good for permed hair?** A: Most definitely. The cream helps define the curl and the spray holds them. **Q: Now, is this an after spray? First, it smells great and I often get compliments. People think it’s a body spray I’m wearing. The scent lasts too throughout the day. Second, it’s a great tool for shaping, and it doesn’t dry sticky or add any weight to your hair. I can use this for days and not wash. I can wear my hair curly or wavy and it’s perfect for either. Reduces frizz better than anything else I have (on dry hair). I do not use this as a setting spray, bc I feel like it’s more of a shaper. It will hold a bit, but if you need to lock something in, use an aerosol hairspray over it. When you finger comb your curls the next day it becomes soft and it adds a little shine.
