ac compressor clutch didn’t work
the ac compressor clutch did not engage so it didnt work. this part cost me an extra $350 to have an automotive electrician diagnose the brand new part was faulty. this part cost me so much extra time removing and installing 4 times. its pretty hard to get to also, being on the bottom of the engine. i let it sit for probably 2 weeks before installing it and by the time i figured out this compressor was the problem, the return window was already closed. i paid for a huge waste of time. this part wasn’t even my problem to begin with, it was my control panel. this faulty part just added a second problem to the diag and made it harder to find the original problem

It does the job!
I don't know much about cars. I just know I needed a new AC compressor and this is the one my mechanic said I should get, so I did. So far it works great and seems a good value. It was solid and heavy so it seems like it will be durable. It fits my 2006 Acura TSX perfectly. I couldn't go another summer without AC (thanks menopause) so this has been wonderful.

1 year later, pressures are where we set them at. Works perfectly
I couldn't ask for a better fit and functions perfectly. I installed this compressor last year on our son's car while he was visiting us from out of state. Replaced it, ran a vacuum test for an hour to evaporate any and all moisture in the system. Charged the the system, and added freon until I liked the low and high side pressures. It's been a year, still functions perfectly. Pretty impressive

Pulley is bigger than the stock on the element. It will fit but it will be very tight
I'm giving it a 4 star because it was a pain to install. The engine subframe had to be dropped and belt slowly fed back on as the pulley was too big so it was like u were stretching the belt.
