Can't believe I'm even writing this about a simple vitamin but I feel its only right if this can help me it could really help someone else too. I never write reviews ever but this is too good not too. Having years suffered with depression and anxiety with many failed ssri medications I looked onto other natural vitamins etc that could help. With nothing to lose I read the reviews on these and thought why not. I could use the better sleep quality and stress relief so I took the plunge and ordered. I am so glad I did! 2 weeks in I take one at night I've had deeper longer sleep ( godsend with two under 3 yr olds) My constant fight or flight mental state is no longer & I actually feel calm all day which is such a nice relief after months of feeling uptight and stressed with life My joints feel looser & so much less stiff ( less stress less strain I'm guessing) I'm only 30 but my body felt 60 before these I don't find myself anxious & 1st time in ages I feel genuine happiness 😌 I'm enjoying life again Let me state I've changed nothing else in my life, no diets changes ( could definitely eat healthier and drink more fluids) I just feel so much relief from such a small change and taking these. The only downside is the size of the pill , they are huge and have to cut in half to swallow or they feel asif they get stuck when swallowing. I urge anyone who is struggling with low mood or anxiety try these, absolutely amazing I wish I had found these sooner. Its hard to know what to order in terms of what brand or type of magnesium as there are many but I heard someone recommended these so I ordered and I'm so happy

These arrived quickly. I haven't tried them yet, but I will edit my review later on. They were very reasonably priced, which is a bonus.

Great value for money

These tablets are of a large size and some may find them difficult to swallow but they are shaped to make swallowing easier and i have had no problem with them. So far i cant say for sure whether they are making a difference because i take other supplements as well, what i do know is magnesium is recommended for a healthy nervous system and muscle function. The product is reasonably priced and comes in an air-tight pouch which is easily stored away. Overall i am happy with my purchase and will continue to use it as a supplement.

These are huge! I've chocked several times. Even breaking them in half doesn't help. Be careful.

Worked absolute wonders for my sleep and my body in general. Noticably better sleep upon the first time of taking them, and body left feeling better straight away. Would reccomend taking around 30 mins before sleep for the best night sleep. Consistency is also key for results. Could not reccomend more.

Good price and I like just having to take just one per day. The tablets can be a little tricky to swallow but they easily break into two
