Q: Does this support SanDisk Ultra 128 GB microSDXC UHS-I Card ?

if it supports the 64gb Micro SD card it will support the 128gb. They are both SDXC format.

Q: Does the Micro SD card stick out of the memory card reader, how far? If it doesn't can I insert my Micro SD card and put the cap back on?

I purchased the Sandisk product which doesn't have a cap. If you look at the second picture from the top on the left hand side, the card slides fully into the reader and the edge of the card covers the gold terminals in the reader. The card is fully inserted into the reader and does not stick out at all. It might be different for the Airplus product, which is not Prime and is shipped from China.

Q: Does the card receptacle feature resistive push-click feedback for secure housing? I don't want the card to fall out if carrying on a keychain.

Memory is securely place into this holder but I keep my at home. You might want to put a metal ring thru hole to keep on keychain. Plus make sure you put Micro SD it in all the way.
