Very good product.
An odd item to praise but they really are excellent. Quite expensive but lovely product. Very good cutting blades, the best. Also oddly tactile. Very pleased with them.

Rusted immediately upon cleansing
As it's impossible to directly contact the seller to resolve my issue, I need to leave my comment here in the hope that they will contact me to resolve this issue.This is a great nail clipper but I left it in a baby bottle sterilising liquid for just 15 mins to streralise it and it rusted up - a lot! So much so that I wouldn't want to use it again. I would be afraid to use It with the amount of rust it has produced.As I said, it's a great clipper but clippers need to be cleansed. So this is a major issue. It should be fine for a 15 minute soak in a soft sterilising liquid. Perhaps I was unlucky and received a sub standard clipper?

Wish I'd listened to the negative reviews.
I bought these for my elderly mother-in-law thinking I'd found something she'd be delighted with. It was not to be as neither she nor I could make them work properly. As the blades do meet without a toenail being involved, I can only imagine that they are simply not sharp enough and/or the leverage provided isn't strong enough to do the cutting. I even tried them on my own toenails, which are not particularly difficult to cut, and even getting much closer than Mum could do and applying as much force as I could muster, at best I managed to sort of cut/tear them. Useless. I would NOT recommend in any way.

Heavy Duty, they certainly are.
These really are heavy duty. An excellent pair of nail clippers. I've no hesitation in recommending these to anyone looking for clippers with the bit more power.
