Excellent laptops
This is the third LG Gram I've bought. I've had one for 6 years, my daughter is still using the one I got her when she went to college 5 years ago, and we just got one for my wife. These are much better than the Dells, HPs and Toshibas we've had before. None of those lasted more than a couple of years. The Grams aren't cheap, but you will get high quality for the price, so there's value. The laptop arrived 3 days faster than promised.

Fast and light.
Fast and light. I don't know if some occasional glitches are due to the hardware or software. I like the large monitor for my aging eyes.

Beautiful screen and quite large size. The only thing I wish it had that it doesn’t have is a backlit keyboard.

WORKS GREAT PLUGGED IN
Was all excited with this new laptop charged it for a full 5 hours went to turn on and nothing, plugged it in and noticed it still said 0 percent in battery, unplugged it from the charger and it turns off, charged it again for 2 more hours and still at zero percent , googled problem and it looks like these laptops have battery issues, now thinking of getting another brand, returning this one tomororw, waste of my time, thnaks LG

Excellent laptop
I cannot have enough good words about this laptop. Being a large size it is an excellent tool for work. The only drawback was that it came loaded with a lot of extra apps, useless features, and unwanted help from Microsoft and manufacturer that I had to put a cap on.

This PC is super lightweight and yet still durable meeting military drop standards. It is super fast and works great for my video editing.
