Excellent Product! Takes some time to set up, like all wi-fi products but is now functioning as it should.

I recently installed the YoLink Water Leak Detection Starter Kit, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home. The system is incredibly reliable, with the LoRa technology providing an impressive range of up to 1/4 mile in open air. This ensures that even the most remote areas of my home are covered. The SpeakerHub Audio/Talking Hub is a great feature, providing clear audio alerts when a leak is detected. This device constantly goes offline. I rebooted my router, ensured that I was on 2.4 ghz, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. I did everything I could think of and also did what tech support told me to do. It was a waste of money and is subpar. I have reached out to Yolink for a full refund. They wanted to send me another new device but I declined. This device is only 2 months old. I do not believe anything will change. It was easy to install but it is not worth a 5 star. Only 1 star. I would not buy any products from this company again.

We keep one of these near a floor drain in our garage to detect when a drain pipe becomes blocked. So far it has worked perfectly, recently alerting us to call the plumber before any of our belongings got wet. 5 stars, would buy again.

Let’s me know also when my Mi-Fi has disconnected to the device… nice feature. Also, when I tested it, as I have a sump pump that if fails is a big problem, it worked and I got alerts right away!

It started out OK then periodically the hub says the sensor is not connected. Then it reconnects a little later. This has started happening almost daily. I have sent several emails requesting support be, so far, have gotten NO response. When it was connected one day it did detect some water and notify me promptly but what if it disconnects while I'm away and it disconnects? Not sure I can trust it. Update: it keeps going offline and then back on a couple of times a week. I'm downgrading to 3 stars because the company has NEVER replied to any of my emails requesting support. It did detect a leak, but what would have happened if it had decided to bee offline ate the time???

When I'm not getting an "offline" error message I'm getting leak alerts when there's no water present. Bought this to feel secure while not at home - been unsuccessful at that
