If you purchase 3M 30290 you get 15 sheets. **Q: I rub the sandpaper on my hand and couldnt feel even light abrasivness why is that??** A: This stuff is about as fine grit as it gets. You use it for precise finishing work rubbing out imperfections in clear coat and not much else. **Q: Does the backside have a velcro?** A: This product is a foam pad that is about one eighth of an inch thick. It has abrasive on one side and just a backing on the other.
