Christmas gift for grandson. He loves it.

CRACKED AFTER FIRST TIME USING IT
I bought this driver last November, it looked and felt great but after I brought it out for the first time, the top cracked after 9 holes. Good thing I was able to return it because it was still 30 days after I bought it

Wrench not included
The club is just beautiful but i must be old fashioned in my way of thinking because when purchasing an almost $300.00 golf club. A wrench would surely be included with it. I sincerely thought that a shipping error occured and it was forgotten. But no the response I received was that the wrenches are universal. I'm sorry but how does that help me if I don't have one? Not everyone has a TaylorMade wrench. What if I was the first time golfer just buying a new club that answer is of no use to me. I expected better and like I said that's my fault clearly
