A big NO to this product. Worst ever service in my life.
My harmonium key was suddenly not working, when opened it i found a leaf of reed broken but when i called the manufacturer they were like not even caring about my call or message. They are just bunch of crooks who want to sell product but not bothered to provide service. I messaged them for providing me the broken reed which i could fix it myself but no at last i got some other reed instead of palitana which is not fine but just holding a thread to dump the harmonium in garbage. I suggest nobody A BIG NO to this product better buy it from any other local dealer u will be satisfied a lot. I will also seek my way to the consumer forum. Lets see what happens am i able to get the replacement of reed or not
