These filters make the best tasting water. It's better than bottled water. The fit is good but a little hard to get on. This is the first water filter I've had so I have nothing to compare it to for filter speed. But it's fast enough for me.

I have used the 7cup capacity life straw filter for a couple years. I enjoy the value pack for the cost as it lasts me all year long. The fit on the filter is always consistent and easy to switch out. I like the taste and can tell the difference when I use it properly.

So far so good. I do have the patience for a slow drip since I am an only single person use. Otherwise the speed of the drip is not for everyone. I bought it with the recommended filters, if one use it a lot it is not cost effective.

My LifeStraw Pitcher is the original Home 7, a slow filtering product that matches this filter. I need my pitcher in Florida. I ordered the filter at a discount from Amazon Resale, it was rated like new in resale. The filter came in the same box as the new one I just received and the individual filter was sealed in a plastic inside the box. It is closed at both ends and could not ever been opened. The price was fantastic considering during April 2026, because of severe drought, Florida water management have mandated no free water be on tables of restaurants. A customer can ask for water. I was expecting the price of these filters to go up, instead I found two at a discounted price. I purchased the pitcher during covid after researching many kitchen filter systems. I'm mostly homebound, and a few miles walk outside of a small town, this saves me alot of money on delivery of bottled water.

No tengo certeza de si es original o no, el agua sale directo comparado con el filtro original que venia con la jarra el cual tardaba en filtrar el agua.

Lorsque j’ai commandé la carafe Lifestraw home en 7 tasses, je me suis assurée de commander aussi immédiatement ces filtres de rechange pour ne pas être mal prise lorsque serait venu le temps de changer de filtre. J’ai tenu à commander les vrais filtres de la même marque, car la filtration est ainsi optimale (elle a été testée), et le petit filtre en charbon que l’on change aux 2 moins apporte un ajout d’ions bénéfiques (électrolytes) que les filtres de la concurrence n’apportent pas. Donc clairement pour moi cet ensemble de rechange de la marque d’origine est indispensable! On est certain que ça ira parfaitement. En conclusion, je dirais que je suis toujours pleinement satisfaite de l’ensemble Lifestraw home (filtres et carafe), mais il faut savoir qu’au changement de filtre, il y a transitoirement un petit goût moins agréable, mais qui ne dure pas. Aussi est-il conseillé de faire une première filtration complète qu’on jettera. Personnellement, je pense que 2 filtrations c’est encore mieux.
