I ordered this because I’ve been feeling stressed and wanted to understand what was going on with my adrenal health. The kit was very easy to use at home and didn’t take long at all. I like that it checks 4 markers (Cortisol, DHEA-S, the ratio, and even visceral fat) instead of just one thing. The results were clear and actually helped me understand my stress levels better. This was super easy to use. I got quick information that I've since used to make some major changes in my life. As it turns out, I have "highly elevated" cortisol, which didn't surprise me, and knowing this level confirmed my concerns. I'm beginning to address this with better hydration, which I learned can be a contributing factor to high cortisol levels, and that feels like a better first step than quitting my stressful teaching job. lol
