I love this devotional! Dr Charles Stanley helped to lead me to the Lord many years ago and although he has gone on to be with Jesus, he has a special place in my heart! He was a rock solid Bible teacher, Pastor and a godly man who could be trusted to present the Word of God, accurately! These heartfelt devotions are short and to the point! Filled with Biblical insight, instruction and encouragement! The book itself is made well, beautifully designed and makes a wonderful, special gift! I have given several as gifts and my husband and I read ours together most every morning! Such a special way to start the day! I highly recommend this choice of a devotional…I’m sure you will love it as much as I do! Wonderful purchase!

This devotional has been a great addition to my morning routine and a great way to get into the right mindset. Easy to read and light content to remind you of His love. I used to wake up and head straight to my phone after feeding my cats. Now, I take a few minutes to read this devotional and pray before heading out for work. The best part has been my cats come and listen to me read it out loud to them which tends to delay me when they start purring and laying on my lap. I'm a month in and really enjoying. Would definitely recommend!

My husband was given this book by a friend and he absolutely loves it. Dr. Charles Stanley had a gift of sharing the Gospel in a way that helps us apply God’s word to our every day lives and this book of devotions is no exception. I bought two as gifts for others and can’t wait to give it to them. The only small disappointment was the lettering on the front covers was slightly damaged during shipping. If there would be a way to keep that from happening when shipping these, that would be great, as I plan to order more as Christmas gifts!

Each daily devotion is simple to understand but inspiring and encouraging. A down-to-earth sharing and guidance to comfort and to remind us of God's love. All glory is given to God in each devotion. Each devotion starts with a bible verse and ends with a short simple prayer that gives the feeling of being prayed for specifically.

Great book to give someone who has had a loved one die recently. Excellent daily devotional.
