I cooked a piece of steak the next day after receiving the 2 utensils. Previously could not cut my steak properly with a steak knife with one hand. The new knife was sharp and you just roll over the steak for a fast clean cut. Recently lost right arm so I am purchasing these items to use with left hand. I have had no problems with this items. Just purchase what you think you need to get the job done. I have so far been very pleased with the inexpensive to the higher priced items purchased so far. 8 for 8.

I bought a set of these knives for my daughter. She has limited use of her hands and has problems manipulating regular or standard knives in the kitchen and at the dinner table. These are very helpful to her. I would give these a 5 star rating if the cutting edges were a little sharper.

I bought this knife for my disabled Vet brother. He has the use of only 1 hand. When he got it, he called me. He never does that. It was obviously a hit. There is nothing like independence to boost your dignity.

Being bedridden, rocker knives are the way to go. Plus this one also works as a large butter knife as well. The two-pack allows for my wife to wash one while I use the other one.

I like how sharp it is but after 1 use it's rusting. We have wash only and dried the knife after yet it still has rusted happen. I'm familiar with knife care as my spouse & daughter both work for a major knife company, they just don't make this style knife that I use due to arthritis in fingers. The rocking makes cutting veggies and meat so much easier. It's like running the knife through butter.

Great product for a person with use of one hand. Sharp and easy to use once the person understands the rocking movement of the cutting edge.

I'm a recent upper limb amputee, so tools like this are critical for me. Extremely sharp and sharpens easily, but not dishwasher safe. The paint on the wooden handle washed off.
