Great product. As shown in the advertisement. The band has a decent amount of elasticity in it. Great for stretching. Slightly shorter than some other bands but that's up to personal preference.

Although it's a bit small for leg stretches it still works. i'd ultimately recommend getting a stretch band with 10 levels of stretching if you're planning on using it for any form of dance stretching.
