I absolutely love this and so does my Grandson! We play slightly different simply because he's 18 months old, but he can definitely match the pictures and say what's on it. I love that they're so vibrant in color and that it has the name of the object and not just the picture. The box says "Not for Children under 3 years", but I think with proper supervision your child would enjoy this too. So happy I started working with him early on and will continue to with this game!

Good to practice a child's memory and add vocabulary.

For the 1st word set: I have 4 kids. I bought many learning toys for my kids, including several kinds of matching games and cards. My kids are grown now. We still play games. I wanted some cards with simple pictures to incorporate into an adult game. These cards came and I was So impressed! They are good quality thick cardboard cards with simple, clear pictures on them in a sturdy little reusable box. My plan was to throw the box out and put the cards in a more adult container, but this box is so nice that I can't throw it out. I will instead cover it in fabric and keep my cards safely stored in it. It is well made for travel. The cards are small and sturdy, which I really like. You can even throw several in your purse or pocket. Use the cards at drs appointments, family reunion, church, restaurants, etc. It comes with a lot of cards. If you get some small ziplock bags, or glue in some cardboard partitions maybe, then you can separate them into sections, and rotate them to make sure your baby learns all the words. For my game purposes I separated the matches so that I have two rows, each with one set of the pictures. I put each set in a ziplock bag, and the stacks fit side by side, bag and all, if I slightly lay them over, with the lid completely closed. These are mostly not waterproof, but you may be able to wipe stains off or sanitize them with a wipe because the pictures are slick. The only downside is some of the cardboard (like 2 pieces) weren't put together very firmly, so the pieces were slightly coming apart. I took glue and reinforced any pieces that were loose. To me it was well worth it for such well made little cards.

I got this for my nephew who is a late talker we been playing with him and is already identifying and saying the names on the cards. We been saying each name out loud every time someone flips a card and he’s caught on. Highly recommend.

The pieces are vibrant and clear. My 3 yr old is obsessed with matching games lately, he’ll be able to flip the pieces with ease. I wish the box was a little bigger since it doesn’t want to stay closed once all the pieces are in it, we will probably replace the box for a ziplock bag.

Has a lot of pieces. Too challenging fir 2 or maybe even 3 year olds.

This set is great for little ones, the bright colorful pictures keep my 3 year old interested, and my 5 year old gets excited reading the words. Made of good thick quality. Fun for the family, good learning skills for the kids!
