A: It took sbout two days, but I’m a Prime customer. Absolutely worth the weight, swelling disappears overnight in my ankle and makes for a comfortable reclining position on the bed.

A: about 1 1/2 inches or maybe 2 inches

**Q: Does this wedge pillow really stay cooling?**
A: I found that it is much greater and cooler than using pillows or other inferior wedge pillows. The top layer is a thick gel memory foam that keep cooling. Cotton pillowcase are also comfortable and skin friendly.
