This is my second time purchasing this item and I will likely buy more in the future. This item is made well, very durable, can take a beating, and is the perfect shape and size. I love the way it fits securely into my shoulder brace so well. It also stays cold or hot for much longer than other hot/cold packs I’ve purchased. It’s also great for knees, upper back, and ankles!

Easy to use because the size and shape conforms perfectly for curved joints for complete coverage. Stays cold longer to ease pain and reduce inflammation.

I like this because you can freeze it in the freezer or put it in the microwave it stays on my knee or it can be used on your shoulder or sit on it. It’s nice and flat when it’s frozen and it lasts a long time before it thaws out. I get a lot of relief using this and it’s very easy to use. You just put a towel in between you and the compress. it’s comfortable and it never leaks. The price was a good value. i would recommend this to those who need it for sports injuries or sore muscles for pain relief. Its flexible and bends around you body part and works well.

I love this ice pack! The shape is made specifically for the shoulder however I have found it useful for my bicep as well as my elbow for golfers elbow. It is pretty durable. My dog got a hold of it and was not able to rip it before I got it from her. It freezes in the average time of any ice pack so no longer than others. Easy to store in the freezer and is very comfortable which is a plus in help with pain relief.

I thought that I could improvise my ice packs into my FIGHTech shoulder brace, realizing that was not successful I purchased this 2 gel pack. Wow do these make a difference! They benefit the entire shoulder, last a really long time & with 2, I have one ready at all times. After reading reviews of the gel pads leaking after heating them in the microwave, I choose to heat them on the stove - they fit nicely in a water filled skillet & I can control the temperature.

Ok product but it doesn’t fit well and I feel no support but it works well for icing if you get the ice packs with it.

This is a fairly large piece which means it should cover the biggest and beefiest of shoulders when being used. The design is ingenious because if you have ever had to put an icepack on your shoulder you know the two biggest problems are covering the area you want covered and having it sit in a way that it stays where you want it. The ice liquid inside is fairly thick and generous (good) and it is soft, pliable and comfortable against skin. It will get VERY cold and stay cold for longer than most first aid ice packs so be aware of that when using. I would recommend.
