Purchased my ice machine in 2023 from Kolski. He first item showed damaged from the delivery company, but they were very quick to send me a new item quickly. This machine makes ice very quickly, and the size of the ice cubes are very thick been using the machine for two years now with no complications would definitely recommend for other customers. Would give this item 5 stars for product quality, and customer service.

Ive owned this 350lb Ice Machine for nearly a year and am very happy with it. It makes better ice than my last machine that was nearly twice as much. I would recommend Cooski products to anyone looking for a new ice machine for the home.

We bought this November 2023 worked great until now, the area were the water comes in to the ice making area spring a leak and got into the hole were the led display is wired. So it is not working properly.

This product has done a number for our office. We purchased this ice machine and are so delighted with it. We put the machine together but somehow it was not working. We contacted customer service and they sent us a replacement right away. The replacement came within 4 days, no questions asked. It makes ice super fast and holds a ton(not necessarily a ton) but a lot of ice. We are so happy with our purchase. If you are thinking of purchasing one, please do. The ice machine was purchased for hurricane exercises/drills, just in case the staff need ice or we have to help out the community. Great product overall.

Does not hold 300 lbs of ice in the bin only holds maybe 150lbs. It took all the ice to fill rtic 145. So far it’s working fine bin does fill in less than 24hrs but it seems more than 12hrs. Cheap plastic drain fitting started leaking even with Teflon tape. Replaced it with brass and no more leak. Update 11/24 been having issues with ice not releasing now just does nothing. 2/3/25 company had been very helpful getting my machine fixed. They diag it and sent me a part to change. Machine is working again.

We purchased the ice maker machine nearly two years ago and have used it every day in our company office. It works well, and we are happy with it. The manufacturer, Coolski, has an excellent service department that can be reached by email if any questions or issues arise.
