Tri-Head Desk Grow Light with Timer

Awesome light been using it for a little over a year now, its easy to use and was a grate value. You can make it taller or shorter.

I've bought several plant lamps and this is the best one I've found. I was impressed by the sturdy construction and nice heavy base. Instructions for assembly are clear. It's perfect for my African violets and succulents, or any plants and starts that are 8" tall or less, measuring from the bottom of the plant pot. For taller plants I'd get a different lamp or put the light on a shelf or something higher than the plant shelf, if that makes sense. The lights are bright and can be dimmed, and the three lights are all very adjustable. The back of the light boxes are not attractive but fine for my purposes. I would buy it again.

This light covers a 1'×2' area. Good for a few small house plants. I ordered this for my one flat of micro greens. But it's very delicate and does best when not moving the lights around after adjustment. Not expensive and considering I didn't have to pay shipping cuz of having prime I'm satisfied with it.

We have been using these grow lights for several months now and they are doing the job. Our plants are doing very well.

Sturdy base, good height for my needs, easy(ish) assembly. This light helped stabilize my bonsai. I say “easy(ish) assembly” because after I got it assembled, I didn’t like the way the wires looked. I took it about 1/2 way apart and reran the wires in a more decorative manner. Still 5 stars though as that was my preference, not a product issue.

First, I will have to say it’s an amazing grow light. I’ve bought 3 of these already but the last one now has light panels that are very dim and just flickers. I contacted the company and their response was quite fast. Will have a new adapter soon to fix the problem

I have had two of these now, the first one I received was already broken and couldn’t be assembled. The second one I was able to put together and it only worked for a week. The power cord now no longer works so the light is useless. I asked for a replacement light cord which isn’t possible… would highly recommend staying away from this company and brand of light.

I had another lousy Chinese made plant light die after eight months, so I ordered this to replace it. The plants are performing much better with this, it's very noticeable. One baby rose bush I made from a cutting is growing so spectacularly with this lamp, even when I had to move it to another pot and location, I didn't dare move it without taking its lamp with it, despite it having others. It's easy to use, and really good at what it does. The only negative is, the base is very light, and if you move the heads out, it will tip over easily and damage your plants. I put something heavy on it, to stabilize it.

I planted 53 seeds in small peat starting pots: various types of tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, Genovese basil, sunflowers, statice, onions, shallots, etc. Some have already germinated, yippee! It is still winter and sunlight isn't reliable since there are many cloudy days. I got the 3 panel lights. I've had it on today for 3 hours. The panels and the electrical plug adapter are at room temperature, not hot at all. It was easy to install with the little wrench you need for attaching the panels to the arms. There is a timer but I don't think I will need it. So far, I am satisfied. I do hope this will last for three Spring seasons.

My plants are doing so much better with this grow light. Love the timer option, now I don’t have to worry about turning it on or off. It’s so easy to adjust and a must for your plants

Pros: variable light strengths covers full spectrum Bright! 3, 6 & 12hr timer. Fully adjustable goose neck arms & light brackets. Plants love the light & grow well Cons: very top heavy. Easily topples over even with plant sitting in base. The gooseneck style arms are great to adjust but have difficulty staying at the angle/height you adjust them to. Veey difficult to set the lights an appropriate distance from my seedlings so they don't get burnt. The timer function is a pain.. I really wish lights would have an 18 on 6 off option. Having to set 2 timers for 1 light is basically impossible.. if you try to use a separate timer that you plug the lights into, it won't work because the lights have their own on/off switch.. when the separate timer turns on you still have to separately turn the light switch on). The brackets holding the lights are quite flimsy but tight to adjust. I bent one first time I tried to angle it. Overall a good lighting set up, if you can get them to stay put.

The lights work but.... You can't space/aim the lights very far apart. Balancing it is near impossible.

These were purchased to be added to the "sustainability station" in my special education classroom at which students are working with plants, soil and hydroponics to grow and regrow vegetables. The instructions for assembly were clear and concise and included photos that aided in understanding. My students were able to assemble the lights with no adult assistance.
