What is the thickness of these runners? (How much mm would I need to subtract from a the drawer I will be making?)

Sorry but my runners have been installed and the only way I could rationally provide a worthwhile answer would be for me to deconstruct my handiwork. Regrets, but that won't happen. All I would suggest that there was nothing exceptiona (bar an attractive/competitive price) about these runners, so suggest you take & use measurements from 1. your existing units, or 2. from units seen when visiting a local B & Q, Magnets, or simlar outlet. Do these fit ikea stuva grundlig drawers?

I do not know as mine were for an old unit and I had bought the wrong ones so I left it to my son to do the job and he bought some other make and did the job then put the wrong ones in his workshop for another day.

My big draw for my ikea hemnes 6 chest is broken will these fit or do I need 400mm ones?
