Guess what? It's fine, because now I have a backup.Use this when you first feel that tingling sensation to prevent the skin from erupting, leading to an open sore; otherwise if you wait until later that night or the next day, it is too late to prevent the sore from spreading and leaving a big scab that last a couple of weeks.
