you must either order it in bulk or buy a kit for a 2 door car or a 4 door car. I purchased a kit for a 2 door car. I had some left over from a previous car and I bought bulk that time. so, I only needed enough for 2 doors. my car is a 4 door. I don't know the exact dimensions, but you get enough to do 2 doors (this kit) from the window to the bottom of the door. it comes in separate strips. it is about a 1/2 inch wide. so about 1/4 inch shows.

These are very good quality. My husband used them on his Camaro and is very pleased with how they have held up.
