My honest Physical Therapist whispered "Buy them on desertcart" rather than purchasing from the PT practice at many times the price. The bands and all the accessories--foam handles, carabiners, door anchor, ankle straps--are sturdy. If I had only one wish, it would be for a second door anchor so there'd be less switching-out, but that would be greedy! Thank you for this terrific product, speedy delivery, and excellent price!

Her birthday was in mid February and she had weight loss surgery in late October 2025. She expressed interest in exercising at home, so I got this one. It even comes with multiple level “booty bands” that are specifically increases thigh and rear end muscles. Very affordable, very functional, easy to store in its little vinyl bag (and takes up very little space) which makes extremely portable, with multiple levers of resistance from beginner to advanced just about anyplace you choose to work out. If there’s a door, you can work out!! The bands are strong and provide amazing g tension for an at home exercise kit in a small little bag!!
