I am “aunt” to five cats that recently due to a car accident have now become permanently placed under my care due to our loss of my Mom. I have one cat who was very much attached to my Mom and had started urinating on her bed that same day the accident occurred. I had been using trash bags to repel the wetness and tons of bath towels - both to lay out in case she did it again which she did plus to attempt to clean urine up. Anyone who knows cats know how hard it is to get their urine out fabric like items. Weeks of this and I have had enough! Jumped on Amazon and found this product! Rock on!! First, it’s absorbent and holds the urine meaning it does not leak through to the mattress. I do have to put down an extra layer of them only because a cat likes to cover up their “business”. So she would grab on to the pad with her outstretched paw and claw to try and cover up her mess. Even with her doing this no liquid leaked over elsewhere. It was quickly soaked up as soon as it hit the pad. Also noted that under the pad it had a rubber texture that has these triangular tips that assists in keeping the pad in place. (It’s also probably what helps keep the liquid from soaking through too. 😜) Cat urine has a very strong smell to it too. I found that these pads also absorbed the smell somewhat too. When it came to washing them - no worries. I have to them daily and use a medium temp and a color safe bleach. They go into a dryer under a regular dryer temp too. I have been doing this tiresome routine now for almost 6 months and the pads are holding up great! They have not broken down at all. The rubber is still all there to include the triangular tips. And each pad still holds liquid just as well as the first day received. I highly recommend this product. I am planning to use them in their carriers when I take them to their vet visits. Way better than snagging claws on a bath towel and or blanket plus I imagine would be cooler to lay on. And for me - much easier to clean if need be. And the larger pads I can use in my car for when I take my dog to the vet. Much more affordable than buying those expensive car covers plus these are much easier to clean. (And on a separate note… the cat that is grieving has stopped her business on Moms bed and started again with the litter box. Whew!)

I purchased these washable pee pads to protect my tile floors, and they have exceeded expectations. Although I initially ordered the wrong size, the return process was smooth, and I’m very satisfied with the correct size I repurchased. Are these pee pads 100% waterproof? No. But are they 98% waterproof? Yes. Would I trust them on my bed to catch any accidents without leaking through to my bedding? No. But would I trust them to catch almost all of an accident on tile floors? Yes. I like the size (you can purchase almost any size you would ever need!), love the material, love the ease of washing them and hang drying them. As an added bonus, these pee pads have a textured rubbery back and don’t slide around on the floors. To sum up, not 100% waterproof, but almost. Depending on your needs, definitely worth the purchase if the floor underneath the pads would just need a light wiping to clean up the tiny bit that gets through.

I have now bought three of these. I have a 14 year old cat who has started “tossing his cookies” more often and has taken aim at my bed. Even though not a beautiful look as a comforter, this has saved my sheets and the need to change them in the middle of the night. I have also put one under a cover on a chair as it really stops the ick from going through to the furniture. Worth it and the price is right. Easy to wash and dry in my washer/dyer. The 72x72 almost fully covers a king size bed. Small price to pay to keep enjoying my aging pet’s company and protecting my space.

These are the best: thick, have plastic gripper dots on the reverse side to help hold flat, wash and dry just fine - several x a day w/ 13 week old puppy; just cut the tag off immediately before puppy discovers it in the ex pen !

These pads are cute, good size! Very easy to throw in the washer and clean. They are absorbent, but they are not leak proof. If my girl pees in her crate, there’s usually wet residue underneath that needs to be cleaned, but it’s not a pool of pee. Got these to help stop her pee from going through the blankets to her crate, but the blankets absorb just as much as these do.
