They are certified to conform to China standard gb-2626-2006 so these are indeed KN-95 compliant masks with one exception: They are not certified to be medically sterile, and hence do not meet the strict standard for KN-95s in China. The general public does not need medically sterile masks, we simply need clean properly manufactured masks.

How many days should you wear it before discarding?

If you wear it for a full day and use it where you might have been in contacted with others (indoors, mainly), I think these are inexpensive enough to discard at the end of every day. If you're using them for coronavirus protection, the virus is said to become inactive in a week or less, so others have suggested placing a used (but clean) one in a bag and setting it aside for around a week before reusing it. But honestly, at this price, for the safety it provides, I'd discard it after a full day's use.
