I ordered these as gifts for a women's group, and I wanted to test them out before I give them out. So I took them to the local salvage yard and they let me try them. They busted windows with ease, 7-year-old was able to get a window to break. Just note that it's better to hit an upper corner to break a window. And not the windshield.

This safety hammer is very durable and well-made, with a solid weight that feels reliable. There is an included mounting bracket which is beneficial because if you are in an emergency situation you may not have access to a glove compartment. For Christmas, we made emergency kits for our 100 employees and included this item. I have not used this, so I can’t speak to it's functionality, but it is a great addition to any safety kit!

You can tell these are cheaply made. They feel light and cheap plastic, however I bought these as gifts because for the price something is better than nothing. There Are Stronger one out there if your looking for them, but for bulk these are great.

Ordered as coworker gifts. Nice safety device to have in car. Plan on ordering more for family members. Gives peace of mind. Feels sturdy and good quality. Thankfully though o have not needed to use.
