I'm really happy I gave this brand a go instead of my usual. The creatine dissolves really quickly. One shake and dissolved! and the actual quality of the creatine is noticeable when taken. The appearance is very smooth and there isn’t a taste which will put you off. You can add it to anything and know it will work great with your activity! One caveat is the scooper. As seen in my photo, the green scooper is this brands and another for comparison. From the instructions of the back it tells you to take 3g but the scoop is 6g. Which is a little annoying as you have to eyeball it if you're not using a proper scale. With the cost of living, getting 500g for just more than competitor's offering 250g is a massive advantage to your budget over time. The quality of this brand and this product in particular is like none other. They have paid great detail in making this a simple, drinkable solution to your gym goals. I will definitely be reordering and checking out a wider selection of offerings.

I've been using this for a couple months now and have managed to bulk up a bit more (+2kg) after being on a higher dose. It's completely flavorless and suspends easily in any liquid but doesn't dissolve, so leaves a gritty texture. Still, it's a good-quality product and very good value for money, so I would recommend it.

Ho provato questa creatina monoidrato micronizzata di Foodelis e sono rimasto totalmente sorpreso. Sebbene il brand non sia famoso come i "colossi" del settore (Yamamoto, Weider, ecc.), la qualità è superiore e il prezzo è nettamente più basso! ​I vantaggi che la fanno risaltare: ​Digeribilità eccellente (punto cruciale!): Se come me avete avuto problemi di gonfiore o acidità con altre marche, questa è la soluzione. La digeribilità è ottima e non ho avuto assolutamente nessun problema gastrico, nemmeno con assunzione regolare. ​Dissoluzione imbarazzante per la concorrenza: si scioglie benissimo, molto, molto meglio di altre marche più blasonate! Ho fatto una prova in acqua fredda e si dissolve subito, senza lasciare grumi né residui sul fondo (vedi foto). ​Il misurino intelligente: un dettaglio che fa la differenza: il misurino è colorato e grande (6gr).
