Core Wheels Dynamic Strength & Ab Trainer, Yellow

Great product, well made and sturdy. I love using them, they are as hard or easy as you want them to be. My abs ached for the first few days but after a couple of weeks using them i can see and feel the difference in my core.

I was really looking forward to receiving these ab rollers. They do appear solid and well made. However my major gripe is the handles are made of a high density foam, which in my opinion will not last a long as the rollers themselves. I know this because I have another product with the same stuff. They are also going to absorb any sweat dirt etc! They'd have been much better with something more durable like hard rubber.

Does what it says, and you can do 1 handed roll outs, diagonal roll outs and sideway fly roll outs. Good quality

A great addition to the gym. Infinitely better than a single ab wheel and inconceivable that their use will ever be anything other than challenging and beneficial. Very pleased!

These exercise wheels are quite simply the best exercise kit that i have ever had. They enable me to do a full very demanding upper body workout in around 15 minutes then add leg exercises etc and im done in around 30 to 40 minutes. I really can see and feel the difference since i started using them. I highly recommend them.

This is a bit pricey but worth it. The wheels are very well made and they don't slip. There are a range e of very easy to difficult exercises and they look nice. Pleasantly surprised!
