This product is great for people with zero imperfections . But it’s not working in matured skin.

Waste of money. I would leave 1 star, but for some reason it won't let me!
I tried to use it once. It barely heats up. It doesn't really scrape like gua sha should. I'm a massage therapist and am proficient in gua sha and was looking for a more inexpensive version of a heated gua sha tool. This was NOT it! I have decided to pay more money for a quality tool.
