Lots of nice padding keeps my wrist happy and not inflamed. The design is super pretty. and the darker background has made the mousepad seem clean (probably isn't!). The wrist bump is the perfect size for me. I am pretty petit, so I am guessing this pad is a bit too small for a big guy. The mousepad doesn't slip around on my glass desk because it has a nice slick, rubber backing. This is both very functional but it is also really pretty!
